Contract Administrator

Job purpose

Contracts Administrators are responsible for procurement, subcontractor management and head contract management to manage commercial risks. As the project commercial lead, on larger projects Contracts Administrators may be responsible for managing a commercial team.

Project Engineer

Key Accountabilities

- Assist the management team to implement the Project Management Plan
- Assist Project Engineers in undertaking programming, planning and forecasting to ensure design and construction activities adhere to the overall construction program 
- Monitor progress, identify and report on issues which may affect the program
- Assist the Site Supervisor to develop work programs off the master construction plan
 - In conjunction with Senior Site Supervisors, manage and monitor critical components of the project such as structure, façade and fit-out
- Monitor the progress of sub-contractors on site and ensure correct implementation of design
- With consultants, conduct site inspections as critical checkpoints and ensure remedial actions are carried out where required
- Provide regular reports to the Project Engineer, Site Manager and Project Manager
- Implement and monitor the Quality Assurance Plan for the project
- Conduct regular audits on Quality Assurance Plans of sub-contractors

Building Services Manager

The Role

The Services Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis is responsible for overseeing and advising environment, health and safety matters across our multimillion project portfolio.

- Play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design for the complex building services packages across the project
- Manage subcontractors and service suppliers to deliver a successful construction project
- Manage quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times 
- Manage the interface requirements between services and building elements from design to completion of all services disciplines in conjunction with the project team.

Your Background


 - Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering or Construction Management related), and/or MEP trade background
 - Previous experience as a Services Manager or Senior Services Engineer working on large building projects, where you will have managed complex building service projects (mechanical, electrical and hydraulic)
 - Strong communication and leadership skills will be essential as you’ll be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups Making yourself accountable for driving customer focused outcomes and safety initiatives at all times
